Giuseppe De Palo, President of ADR Center, was invited by the Ministry of Economy of Poland to Poland and meet with officials from the Ministry of Economy, key members of the legal community, and faculty and students from the University of Warsaw. Professor De Palo was asked to discuss policy proposals and particular concepts that could be implemented regarding the establishment of a solid and efficient mediation policy supporting the improvement in the judicial system. Of particular interest was advice on how to improve the mediation framework in Poland in a way that would decrease the overload of the courts and be cost-efficient for the state.
