Elevating mediation skills with through ADR Center’s comprehensive accredited training programs, designed for The Emirates Group.
Activities included:
· Needs assessment – A detailed analysis to tailor the training content to Emirates’ specific needs.
· Customized role-plays – Scenario-based exercises designed to reflect real-world challenges and align with Emirates’ requirements.
· Training delivery – A five-day intensive, accredited program conducted in English by our expert trainers (Leonardo D’Urso and Adi-Costantin Gavrila).
· Certifications: IMI/ADR Center accreditation for participants who completed the entire 40-hour training and pass the final assessment.
· Learning management System (LMS) Access – One-year access for all participants to our LMS for continued learning and reference materials.
Delivery of an extremely successful edition of the ‘IMI/ADR Center International Accredited Mediator training’ from 24th March to 28th March 2025 of The Emirates Group. The training was held for 24 trainees in person in Dubai as a 5-day training sessions to enhance the skills and practice and become an ADR Center International Accredited Mediator with IMI International Certification for Qualified Mediators.
