ADR Center is regularly selected by governamental delegations or ADR centers worldwide to organize and coordinate Mediation Study Visits in Italy and analyze ‘the Italian Mediation Model’ while learning from international best practices.
Study Tours can be a powerful way not only to transfer knowledge and experience, but also to start forging relationships between people and organizations.
Visit funded by USAID and sponsored by the Commercial Law Department Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce and by ADR Center, as completion of a successful project in Kabul creating ACDR, the first mediation center to solve commercial disputes in Kabul.
