Fees and Costs

ADR Center provides a clear schedule of mediation fees and costs.

MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE

All fees are in Euro – All amounts are net of VAT (if applicable)

* Each mediator is an independent contractor who sets his/her own rates. Rates may vary depending on venue, number of parties, subject matter and complexity of the dispute. Cancellation and continuance policies may also vary by neutral. Individual fee schedules and quotation for specific mediation are available upon request.

A standard mediation scheduled for one day session of eight-hour with a mediator fee of € 350 per hour and a case management fee of € 250 will cost a total of € 3.050 per party.

Mediations are scheduled for half & full day sessions:

Half day consist of four hours inclusive of review and preparation time
Full day consist of eight hours inclusive of review and preparation time
Hourly sessions are available with most mediators on appropriate cases (3hr minimum)

Case Management Fees include:

Case management by an experience professional assigned to your case during the entire procedure
Secretariat support to appoint a suitable mediator and schedule a date, time and venue
Document handling and storage
Use of neutral mediation room conference room and videoconference facility

Other costs when agreed by all parties may include:

Mediator’s travel expenses
Conference rooms outside ADR Center Global’s facilities
Co-mediators and/or third neutral expert evaluation selection and appointment
