Mediation Program in India

Sponsored by US Department of Commerce – Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in coordination with the Bangalore Mediation Center, ADR Center conducted an Advanced Mediation Training from 8 to 11 November 2016. The training took place in Bangalore, India, and it involved 14 Afghans and 20 Indian mediators.

ADR Center’s international trainers who conducted the course were assisted by their colleague Laila Olapally, well-known local mediator, that made the program possible.

CLDP selected ADR Center for this important assignment. CLDP’s mission is to improve the legal environment for doing business in developing and transitional countries around the globe and thereby foster greater political stability and economic opportunity for local entrepreneurs and U.S. companies alike.
