Ruslan Mirzayev is an international mediator with more than 10 year experience in alternative dispute resolution. Ruslan Mirzayev has gained experience in mediation in Azerbaijan and the USA and is an international trainer in negotiations and mediation. He has been appointed as a mediator in the independent accountability mechanism for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and as an Alternative Dispute Resolution expert in the World Bank-financed projects. Ruslan Mirzayev also represents parties in multi-million cross-border commercial negotiations. He currently manages ArbMe Dispute Resolution Center, rendering commercial and corporate dispute resolution services in Azerbaijan.
In addition to being a mediator, Ruslan Mirzayev is also a commercial attorney qualified to practice law in the State of New York and the Republic of Azerbaijan. He has represented parties in large international commercial and investment arbitration cases and negotiations.
