Eleni Charalambidou is the founder and CEO of EnConsensus Solutions. She is an accredited mediator by the Cypriot and the Greek Ministries of Justice, a member of the mediation panel of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a trainer at the Athens Bar Mediation Training Institute having participated in the training of more than 700 accredited mediators. She focuses in commercial mediations and specializes in dispute resolution, deal facilitation and internal dispute system design for startups with international activity, working also in collaboration with technology incubators.
She is a 2019 Weinstein JAMS International Fellow and a Senior Fellow of the Weinstein International Foundation. Originally a lawyer, she holds an MA in Diplomacy from the University of Nottingham where she specialized in International Mediation in armed conflict situations. She has been trained in international negotiations and dispute resolution techniques in leading institutions in the United States (including Stanford and Pepperdine), the UK (including by former UK ambassadors), the Netherlands (including the Clingendael Institute of International Relations) and Greece.
