Valeria Mondino is a lawyer and mediator who has been practicing Civil Law since 1991 in her own law firm. Throughout her legal career, she has always prioritized conciliation and dispute resolution methods.

Since 2010, she has been a professional mediator in civil and commercial matters, having conducted over 200 mediations for Aequitas and ADR Center.

Together with colleagues, she is a founding and promoting member of Ljus Laboratorio di Ricerca Giuridica, an organization also dedicated to spreading and promoting the development of civil and commercial mediation. In this context, she has organized and spoken at numerous scientific events, conferences, and seminars on ADR, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.

She has authored numerous legal publications in civil law and was co-editor of the Nuova Enciclopedia Motta, where she reviewed all legal articles in the encyclopedia.

In collaboration with ADR Center, she is currently working on projects aimed at promoting mediation within companies and applying this tool to the management of non-performing loans (NPL) in B2B contexts and the banking sector.
